So far OK :)

Preparations for my flat is so far on schedule. Actually, nothing to rush for since we dun have weddin dinn coming up and CNY is still a good 3, 4 mths away. Met our ID last fri nite to view the 3D & i must say he has gotten it rite :) He proposed a few colours (which i did long long time ago to my dear Chris but he rejected me outrite, saying i have no colour sense & dat i only like obiang colours) to us & chris accepted it! Its not fair reali...He has also matched the colour scheme of the MBR to the wardrobe which im quite hesitant abt. Wat if i wana repaint my MBR in another colour in future? Hmm...we'll see abt dat since carpentry is the last stage of reno.

I prefer colours like white, khaki, dark gray. Masculine colours. Dun give me brown, red, GREEN, ORANGE or watever colours pls. Not becos i dun like them but i juz dun like them on walls. He proposed a dark grey on one side of my MBR (which i suggested long time ago to C!) but i guess chris needs to see the whole picture b4 he can accept this OBIANG colour. Our living, dining + kitchen area will be all white & at 1st, he wans to have a dark romantic colour (like maroon) in our MBR. Im fine with maroon but i prefer my wardrobe to be white so i dun tink it matches. So we go on & on until Kenneth (our ID) put a stop to all speculations with his 3D *zzzzz* But he forgot a VERY IMPT part of my kitchen. My wall tiles!!! I wan them gone for good pls. lol

Meeting Kenneth again coming Sat at new plc to re-take measurements & cfm some details & reno will tentatively start on 16th & handover date would be X'mas eve at the latest. Im hoping HDB can do up our defects fast. I've submitted online ytday & i will hound them on Tues. The state of my main door is pretty sad. It was abused quite badly by the workers. Chips, scratches & some foreign unremovable stuff on it *eeks* I din noe reno can be done dat fast but then again, im not doing alot..not much hacking (only kitchen), no flooring & minimum carpentry (2 wardrobes, one tv console, one shoe rack, one feature wall, kitchen cabinets etc). Kenneth has commented dat the HDB works at Sengkang + Punggol is alot better than the ones he had seen at Jurong West *sobz*

Afterwhich we will proceed to Jalan Besar (to confirm our lightings) & Balestier (to confirm our kitchen sink+tap). Approximately abt 1K will be spent again. Since everything else has been confirmed, we'll continue to source for even cheaper prices of fridge + washing machine. Then must start to source for sofa+coffee table as we do not plan to have dining table. We'll most prob eat in front of the tv.

After talking so much, im still waiting for Maybank & RHB to give me their response. Heard from Kenneth dat most of his customers have managed to get their loans from RHB so i hope it'll b the same for me as well. Quite paiseh to have given zero deposit but he's still doing work for us...

Did a 2nd clean up last Sat & my hands are now all cracked. We din use any cleaning agents somemore! No point cos reno will start soon & it'll get dirty again anyway. We cleaned up again cos its easier to chk for defects when the flat is clean. Noticed some scratches on skirtings, stains on tiles, groutings are dirty & quite big. No choice, i'll juz have them polished. We've only reported the spoilt window & the doors. Hope they'll get to it fast.

Washed the car as well & i cant stand Chris. Who the heck will care if his tyres shine??? Isit it meant to be dirty? Cant stand it & had to comment to him dat no-one would care but he shot back with a "but i do" look. Im more concerned about his leather seats. Im paranoid abt it. Im buying those protective thingy next week when i get my pay.

Oh yes, there are numerous contractors roaming around the new blks whenever we r there! We've been approached twice already but both are quite elderly men. Hmm..quite sad to have to get customers these way rite? Cos they r both qutie old already.

Speaking of approach, after work on fri, i took mrt to Clementi & waited at the bus-stop for chris. We planned to have dinn nearby b4 we go Bukit Timah Plaza to meet Kenneth. This si lang kia came out to me out of nowhere & asked if he could have my number. I swear he's younger than me. And he's wearing a polo-T dat bearing the name of his uni. I said no w/o looking at him but he replied with a, but we can be just frens. I dun mean to be rude but im carrying a heavy load, im hot & tired & im pissed from having to wait for Chris becos aint car supposed to be faster than MRT? I juz replied dat im waiting for my husband & gave him a would-u-buzz-off look? He looked embarassed & disappeared but i duno where cos i shortly after, i left the bus-stop & walked further down to Mac & called Chris immediately dat due to his inefficiency, his wife is approached by a barely-over puberty si lang kia. He sounded pissed but i dun care reali. Im more pissed standing at a busy road looking like a kuku with a big bag & file, wearing dirty+oily specs & my make-up fading in a faded t-shirt.

Its Mon tml & i need to cheong my work again. I duno why the law firms have to start flooding me with court papers at 5pm when our closing time is 5.30pm? I was sibei free from 1pm to 5pm. Bloody shit~
